War Crimes Continue until arrested

We do not need to smash the lock in order to open the door; we must simply use the right key.

 It is required under UK law that murderers are arrested and prosecuted.

And still the message travels, Whether it be as Peoples assembly, Joe blogs or any one of many individuals and/or groups.

The message is  to stop violence  not to promote it. 

It is calling on all of conscience to enforce the law; murder is always a crime, and the murder of children is the most heinous of crimes.

The Rome statute of the International criminal court 1998;

Elements of Arrest under section 24 PACE

A lawful arrest requires two elements:

1. A person’s involvement or suspected involvement or attempted involvement in the commission of a criminal offence;

    AND

2. Reasonable grounds for believing that the person’s arrest is necessary.

These MP’s voted in favor of air strikes in Libya, knowing full well that they would result in the deaths of children, women and men.
This was and still is murder.

The Countries People have grave concerns that justice is not being served, it is a stark realization that something is wrong with and within the heads of the system. 

Without law enforcement there is no law. Without adhering to the basics there can be no justice, only selective law, murder is always a crime, and the murder of children is the most heinous of crimes.
